Pre "player prices" musings

Plans are nothing; planning is everything. A suspension, injury or loss of form can quickly change the best laid plans but it’s also important to remember that the absence of some sort of plan in FPL sets you back from the hardened season players. Plenty of good advice can be found in the Machine , search diligently and you will find good sources of information. Inversely we are also faced with the fact that there is an ever increasing level of noise with perhaps at times an overload of information. Basing your decisions on short-term thinking without any due diligence on the sources can lead to transfer hit after transfer hit. So here is my plan, feel free to use, adjust, critique but above all remember it’s your team, no one else’s. In a similar fashion outlined by Paul @SkyPlayerinFPL from the #30in30 Ep.2 podcast from #PlanetFPL I am looking to cut down the variables associated with team selections. #RogueAgainstTheMachine......what's it all about?

Fpl Rogue (that’s me, my name is Niall, pronounced Neil but I answer to both), Against (sometimes with, also part of but the Marketing team decided Against makes for a better title) TheMachine (that is the ecosystem spawned from the ever-increasing popularity of FPL). An FPL veteran, Season 19/20 will be my 12 th year, a PB of 3,198, and 5 Top 50k finishes but 18/19 was my debut season in the Twitter FPL Community with the #RogueTBC thread. This season instead of documenting my efforts post GW’s I have decided to approach it from pre-GW instead. Objectives I have three main objectives for RogueAgainstTheMachine (RATM); Achieve a reasonably good start Give back to the FPLCommunity.
